The property occupies an incredible position in the heart of the Espace Killy, one of the largest ski areas in France. With virtually ski-in, ski-out proximity and only a stone throw away from the ESF, its location couldn't be better for families. With restaurants, slopes, swimming pool, playground and shops all within walking distance, you will never be short of entertainment.
Phoenix 101 was designed by renowned alpine architects and the interior is fitted out to a very high spec with beautiful decor and essential delicate touches like 5* hotelier bed linen and black out curtains, ensuring a restful and relaxing stay.
The lateral living space boasts a huge south-facing terrace with outdoor seating, the perfect place to unwind in the afternoon sun with a glass of rosé. In the evening you can also sit around the fire pit to embrace the mountain air.
The open plan living and dining area is bright with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake to Val Claret. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas seat up to 12 guests and are family-friendly with a high chair and games for all to enjoy.
