2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

THE REFUGE RESTAURANT
With a breathtaking view over the village, lake, dam and mountains, the Refuge de Solaise restaurant has a spacious, sociable feel with its extensive size and Alpine décor, blending beautiful local materials, old wood and stone to create a warm yet understated look.
Our Chef offers predominantly traditional French dishes among others, with truly refined cuisine. He also ensures our menu is varied so that our guests can enjoy a non-repetitive dining experience throughout their stay if they so wish.
The Refuge restaurant is open on Wednesday and Saturday evenings to non-guests with bookings, as the Solaise gondola lift runs in the evening (when the weather permits).

Exertier is first and foremost a family business, founded by women who loved the Alps and passed down their secrets of traditional mountain herbal remedies from mother to daughter. This botanical expertise, unique knowledge of the Alpine ecosystem and love for nature lie at the very heart of the concept behind the Exertier beauty brand. The spa is open to non-guests.
The Refuge has a 25-metre pool that is bathed in sunshine in the afternoon, set behind a large bay window facing the mountains.

ACCESS
The Refuge de Solaise is only accessible via the Solaise gondola lift that operates from the foot of the slopes up to 200m from the hotel.
At the ski resort, there are 2 large gondola lifts which depart from the foot of the slopes. Look for the black ones ascending towards the mountain on the left.
Gondola operating times:
9am to 4.30pm, every day.
Private gondola access to the hotel is available on Saturday evenings and Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 11pm.
Outside these times, you will not be able to access the Refuge and we will help you to find an accommodation solution within the resort for your first night, at your own expense.
